1. Before install USB Driver, you should disconnect phone to PC
2. Please back up all the files (through PC Suite etc) before upgrading the phone. Developer don't take responsibilities for lost of any files due to user's carelessness.
3. Please connect your USB cable directly to the PC (Do not use a USB Hub).
